What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. We offer ground shipping as our primary domestic shipping method. This can take 3-5 business days for your package to be delivered to you once it leaves our warehouse depending on your location. If you are in California, you can expect to receive your order within 1 business day after leaving our warehouse.
Please note we do offer expedited shipping as another option at check out.
For international orders, the shippibg time can take up to a few weeks depending on your country.
Can I pay for faster shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee that can be chosen at checkout. If you do not see this option at checkout, expedited shipping is not available for your shipping address.
How can I track my order?
To track the status of your order, visit our Order Status page. Enter the email used to place the order along with the Order ID. If you do not know your order ID, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive that info.
How can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! But depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our warehouse where our team works hard to ship items out as fast as possible. If your order is already in the shipped phase in our system, we are unable to cancel your order.
If you need to request a cancellation please email email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible after placing your order. If cancelling isn't possible, we can always direct you to our easy and free return process.
Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?
To change your shipping address for your order, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number and correct shipping address. Typically, you can only do this within a few hour after the order is placed because orders are shipping as fast as possible. If your order's shipping label has already been printed, we may not be able to change the address.
There is something wrong with my order. How can I resolve this?

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. All orders are shipped with ground shipping unless a quicker shipping method is chosen at checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We partnered with Passport, our international shipping carrier to offer fast an affordable shipping to those across the sea. This shipping method will be automatically applied to your order at checkout, and includes all taxes and fees.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes. If your order somehow passes through our system with a PO Box address, it will cause delays.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns for unused items.
To process a US return follow these steps:
Open the return portal https://slowtide.returnly.com and follow the prompted questions. You will be provided with a prepaid label to ship back your items. If you ordered from our Canada site, you can create your return here: https://slowtidecanada.loopreturns.com/#/
Once the package is delivered back to our warehouse and inspected, the refund will be initiated. Until then, there will be a temporary refund voucher available to use with the available credit.
We currently do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for return shipments and cost.
Can I return a gift?
Gift returns are processed only as exchanges. To process a gift exchange, follow directions on our Gift Exchange site.

Can I pay for expedited shipping after my order has been placed?
No. We are unable to change the shipping speed as we cannot charge your payment method again for the additional fee.
My order tracking says delivered but it was not received yet. What should I do?
Sometimes USPS and UPS will state that the package is delivered, before it's gets to its final destination. Give your package a couple more days for it to arrive, and if it doesn't, reach out to email@example.com with your tracking number for help with resolving this.
The item I received is damaged, what should I do?
If you have received a faulty product, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order ID number and a photo of the faulty product. We are happy to help resolve any issues with our products.
Please note that out of we are not able to replace items that have post manufacturing defects on it.
What's the status on my return?
Once your package has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days. You’ll receive one confirmation email when your returned items have been delivered and then a second confirmation once your refund has been processed (please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to show up in your account).

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?
If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item to be notified.
I am between sizes for ponchos, what size do you recommend?
We reccomend sizing up for our ponchos as they are meant to have extra space for easy changing in and out of.
S/M Sizing: We recommend this size for juniors and persons under 5’7
Chest: 25.5"Length: 41"
L/XL Sizing: We recommend this size for persons over 5’7
Chest: 31.5"Length: 44.5"
How do I care for my Guild robe?
Our Guild robes are made with long-staple yarns to keep the fabric soft and plush, but they can be delicate. For best results, we recommend washing this robe with like colors on delicate, using a mild detergent in cold water. Hang-Dry Only, do not tumble dry. The waffle material is delicate, so hang drying will avoid any shrinkage that may happen during the drying process.
How do I wash my Turkish towel?
Our Turkish towels are machine washable and are recommended to be tumble dried on a low setting.
How do I wash my beach & bath towels?
For best results, we recommend washing all of our towel products with mild liquid detergent in cold water with like colors. Then, tumble dry low.
How do I wash my changing poncho?
We recommend washing our Changing Ponchos on a normal wash cycle with mild detergent with like colors. For drying, use a tumble dry low cycle or you can hang dry it.
How do I wash my camp blanket?
We recommend a machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water using bleach-free laundry detergent followed by a tumble dry with low heat. Avoid the use of fabric softener when washing camp blankets.
Whats the difference between a Camp Blanket and a Park Blanket?
The Camp Blankets top layer is made out of a polar fleece which is thick, plush, and warm. This blanket is best used in colder weather because of its capabilities to keep you warm. It's feaures include: Zipper stash pocket
The Park Blankets top layer of fabric is made out of our classic Quick-Dry material which is soft, light, travel friendly, and sand free. This blanket is best used on beach days, picnic days in the sun, and any other adventure in between. Some features include: built in stuff pouch, loops for tent stakes, and corner sand pockets for weighing down with sand for those windy days.
Both blankets are the same size and have a DWR water repellent shell on the bottom layer along with a pocket.
What's the difference between Quick-Dry Poncho and the Extra Warm Poncho?
The main difference between the two Ponchos are the materials that are used. The Quick-Dry Poncho is made entirely out of our Quick-Dry towel material. This material is a microfiber material that is made out of post consumer waste (primarily water bottles). This poncho packs well, dries quick, and is perfect for warmer temperature climates.
The Extra Warm Poncho is made out of our beach towel material which is 100% cotton. This fabric is absorbent, soft, and has more of a heavy towel feel. This towel is perfect for the cooler temperature days as its much thicker than the Quick-Dry poncho to keep you warm.
What's the difference between Quick-Dry towel and Beach towel?
The main difference between the Quick-Dry towel and the Beach towel, is the type of fabric that is used. The Quick-Dry towel is a microfiber material that is made from 100% post-consumer waste, primarily plastic water bottles. They are compact and ultra lightweight which makes them dry out incredibly fast.
The Beach towel is made with a super soft and absorbent fabric that is entirely made out of cotton. It's thicker, more plush and has that classic terry cloth feel.
