“I have always loved Dolphins! We have a lot of them in the water around where I live on the Gold Coast. They’re the ultimate surfers, tapping into the pure power source of the wave. They’re protectors in the water and they always give off good energy.

I’ve also had some incredible dolphin interactions in surf competitions, notably in Jeffrey’s Bay in South Africa where I rode a wave with a whole pod of at least 50 dolphins. When you are fortunate enough to share a wave with a dolphin, it’s an experience you will never forget. The connection to nature is real and overwhelming. You can’t help but be totally present in the moment and you will always come away with a smile.”
