Refund policy

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days. Last call items are not eligible for return

To process a US return follow these steps:

Open the return portal here and follow the prompted questions. You will be provided with a prepaid label to ship back your items.

Once the package is delivered back to our warehouse and inspected, the refund will be initiated. Until then, there will be a temporary refund voucher available to use with the available credit. 

We currently do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for return shipments and cost.
